Water Systems

Earth Cone installs and maintains the water systems a UAE property depends on — storage tanks, distribution manifolds, booster pumps, and the bathroom and ablution fixtures that connect to them.

What’s included

• Storage tanks — sectional and horizontal GRP water tanks set on plinths at roof or ground level, including inlet, outlet, and overflow connections
• Distribution manifolds — PPR manifold assemblies built up with isolation valves, pressure-reducing valves, gate and brass valves, pressure gauges, and per-outlet water meters, so a single riser or unit can be shut off or metered without draining the building
• Booster pumps — vertical multistage pump sets on mounted bases, with suction and delivery valve sets and the control panel wired in
• Distribution piping — rooftop and riser pipework runs from the tanks through to the units they serve
• Fixtures — bathroom and ablution-area plumbing, fittings, and connections
• Maintenance — leak repairs, valve and pump faults, and general servicing on existing systems

Built as an assembly, not a patch

A manifold is set out and built as one assembly — valves, regulators, and gauges positioned so pressure can be read and zones isolated for future maintenance without cutting into the pipework. The same applies to a pump set: mounted, valved on both sides, and wired to its panel so it can be serviced or swapped without taking the building’s water supply down.

Water-systems work is handled by an in-house team, either as part of a larger construction or fit-out project or as a standalone maintenance job, anywhere across Dubai and the rest of the UAE.
