From herringbone flooring to curved staircases and backlit feature walls, Earth Cone’s interior fit-out team handles the detail work that turns a finished shell into a finished home — measured and fitted on site rather than bought off the shelf.

What’s included

• Flooring — engineered and solid hardwood, herringbone and plank layouts, and large-format porcelain tiling laid on levelling clips for a flat, even finish
• Staircases — straight and curved flights in timber, with bullnose starter steps, segmented curved risers, matching skirting, and timber or wrought-iron balustrades
• Feature walls — fluted and slatted timber panelling, marble and marble-effect slab cladding, and concealed LED cove lighting behind the panels
• TV and media walls — panelled backdrops with floating units and integrated lighting
• Bathrooms — book-matched marble shower walls and trays, marble countertops, and vanity units
• Joinery — built-in wardrobes, bookshelf cabinetry, and storage built to the room’s dimensions
• Doors and trim — feature doors, frames, architraves, and skirting
• Commercial fit-out — lift lobbies, wall panelling, and finished ceilings

Detail work, done on site

Curved stairs, book-matched marble, and fluted panelling all depend on work that cannot be ordered in a box: treads scribed to the actual flight, slabs cut so the veining mirrors across a joint, panel runs set out so the grooves line up around switches, call panels, and door frames. That setting-out is done on site by the crew installing it.

Earth Cone’s interior crews work across villas, apartments, and commercial interiors throughout Dubai and the other Emirates, coordinating directly with the same construction, kitchen, electrical, or water-systems team already on the project.
