Earth Cone handles electrical work as part of new construction, renovation, or as a standalone maintenance call — from first-fix conduit and wiring through to distribution panels and finished lighting, carried out by Earth Cone’s own electricians rather than a subcontracted crew.

What’s included

• First fix — conduit runs, back boxes, and cable pulled in before walls, floors, and ceilings are closed up
• Distribution panels — panel and consumer-unit installation, breaker fit-out, circuit labelling, and testing
• Lighting — recessed panels and downlights, linear LED battens, track-mounted spotlights, and the concealed cove lighting used behind interior feature panelling
• Commercial ceilings — exposed-service retail and office ceilings, with lighting, containment, cable tray, and detector positions set out as a finished surface rather than hidden above a grid
• Second fix — sockets, switches, and fittings finished off after the interior trades
• Maintenance — fault-finding, repairs, and additions to existing installations

Booked with a build, or on its own

Because electrical work is in-house, it can be scheduled alongside construction, interior fit-out, or kitchen work on the same project — so conduit goes in before the plaster, not after — or booked on its own for a repair, an addition, or a shop and office fit-out, anywhere in the seven Emirates Earth Cone serves.
