Earth Cone manages construction projects from excavation to finished façade — villa shells, extensions, annexes, and boundary walls for residential properties across the UAE.

Projects are run by Earth Cone’s own construction crew rather than subcontracted piecemeal by trade, so the team that pours a foundation is still on site for the final exterior finish. That keeps quality consistent from the ground up and gives clients one point of contact for the whole build, not a different foreman at every stage.

• Reinforced footings and foundations — formwork, steel reinforcement, and column starter bars
• Waterproofing and damp-proof membranes below ground level
• Concrete blockwork walls with reinforced concrete tie columns, lintels, and ring beams

• External plaster and render, including decorative window surrounds, cornices, and moldings

How a villa build runs

1. Foundations. Excavation, footing formwork, steel reinforcement, and the column starters the structure ties into, with waterproofing applied before backfill.
2. Structure. Blockwork walls cast against reinforced concrete columns and beams, with door and window openings framed as the walls go up.
3. Exterior finishing. Plaster and render over the blockwork, decorative surrounds and cornices formed on site, then painting.
4. Outdoor works. Entrance steps, paving to driveways and courtyards, and decking to terraces and pool surrounds.

Earth Cone handles new builds, extensions to existing villas, and renovation work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the rest of the seven Emirates. Because interior fit-out, kitchens, electrical, and water systems are all in-house too, a build does not have to stop and wait for an outside trade to become available.
